We design, furnish, and operate beautiful residential spaces throughout the city so you can live like a local. You'll be staying in real residential buildings with local city residents so be sure to be a good neighbor!

Only guests staying in the rooms can be on property or visit the amenities

Sorry, but no gatherings larger than 6 people without prior approval
Quiet hours start at 10pm
Be respectful of our spaces
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property or structure.
The following items are not permitted in the premises: Animals of any kind, except Service Animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act; Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials; Objects emitting a foul odor; Unregistered firearms or other weapons; Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities; Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts; and Illegal drugs or other articles.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items.
Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.
Other things to note
We are a non-smoking property, including on the balconies, by the pool, and in the hallways
No pets! To accommodate guests with allergies, we do not permit pets in our units.
Please no glass at the pool
In general, treat our places like your temporary home (because it is)
